The 6th season of our “Who’s On Third?” concert series will feature the all-male vocal group “Vocal Effect.” “Vocal Effect” is a high school aged accapella/rockapella group made up of ten very talented young men who attend Tualatin High School. This group first came into existence this past January. Although they are a fairly new group, they have attracted quite a bit of attention. This past June “Vocal Effect” was the official Rose Festival Queen’s Court escort. They sang for the Queen’s coronation in the Rose Quarter and then escorted the Rose Festival Court float through the parade; serenading the Queen and her court (and entertaining the crowd) the whole way.

Their performance at the “Who’s on Third?” concert will include “In the Still of the Night”, “I’m a Believer” from the movie “Shrek”, “Stand By Me”, “Run Around Sue” and “Kiss the Girl”. If you missed the May 2011 “Who’s on Third?” concert, that these boys appeared at, don’t miss this chance to see them perform.

Refreshments will be served during intermission, and a freewill offering will be taken to cover our concert expenses.
